Before making any booking with us, please note the following policies and terms and conditions of your reservation and product.

Terms and Conditions
1.- Client's responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the dates, times, and locations of the event. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the safety and proper use of the rented products during the event.
2.- Proper use: The rented products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided. Any misuse or negligence that results in damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
3.- Insurance and Damage: The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented products during the rental period. Additional charges may apply to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
4.- Cancellations: Any cancellations must be made with at least 15 days' notice prior to the event date. Late cancellation fees may apply.

Shipping and Delivery Policies
1.- Delivery area: We offer shipping and delivery services within a certain area. Shipping charges will be calculated according to the distance and volume of the products rented.
2.- Delivery date and time: The delivery date and time will be previously agreed with the customer. We will endeavor to meet the agreed schedule, but we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.
2.- Inspection upon receipt: Upon receipt of the products, the customer will be asked to perform an inspection to verify that they are in good condition. If any problems or damage are observed, you should report them immediately so that we can take the necessary measures.

Return of Rented Product Policies
1.- Return date and time: The customer is responsible for returning the rented products on the agreed date and time. Any delay in the return may be subject to additional charges.
2.- Product condition: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Any additional damage or loss of equipment may be subject to additional charges.
3.- Return process: Upon return of the products, an inspection will be made to verify their condition. A return receipt will be provided as proof.

Refund Policy
1.- Refunds: All refunds shall be made in accordance with the following conditions:
a. If the event is canceled at least 30 days in advance, 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
b. If the event is cancelled with less than 30 days' notice but more than 15 days' notice, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
c. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event.
2.- Damage or technical problems: If you experience any problem with the rented products or if they are damaged during the event due to a defect or malfunction, you must inform us immediately. We will evaluate each case individually and, if it is determined to be our responsibility, a full or partial refund will be provided.
